Bates Elementary School, Phase I HVAC Renovation
Jefferson County Public Schools - Louisville, Kentucky
Project includes replacing the HVAC system in the school. New boilers, chillers, air handling units, ductwork, and pumps will be installed. A sprinkler system will be installed. New light fixtures and the associated electrical system renovations required for the mechanical systems upgrade will be provided. Other electrical system upgrades include a new emergency generator, intercom, security, and a fire alarm system. A new domestic hot water heater, pumps and plumbing fixtures will be installed.
