Norton Cancer Institute

Served by central steam and chilled water, the three story structure is designed for two additional floors. The 20,000 SF cancer center on the first floor includes two linear accelerator vaults and space for one future vault. Upper floor levels will be dedicated to clinic spaces. The healing environment is accentuated with both an indoor meditation area and an outdoor garden/meditation area. The LEED directive of improved indoor air quality is being enhanced by the use of HEPA air filtration.
