Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades: Evergreen & Mullica Halls

BCCLT is serving as the engineer of record for the Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades at the Evergreen & Mullica Halls.

The Project focus is electrical upgrades in support of power and lighting improvements in the Student Dorm Rooms. The addition of receptacles and associated dedicated circuits will address the issue of circuit trips caused by increased load in the individual rooms. New fixed LED lighting is provided for general illumination. A detailed room-by-room survey is being performed by BCCLT engineers in dorm rooms, mechanical and electrical spaces, the building electric service entrance, etc. to confirm existing conditions and electrical capacity. Design includes detailed routing of electric circuits in the multi-story building and the building tunnel system.
