Jail HVAC Study

BCCLT was commissioned to do a study on the existing HVAC systems serving the Cumberland County Jail. Specifically, we reviewed the existing equipment, the condition of the equipment, and made recommendations on replacement of the various equipment and a yearly budget in which to replace the equipment. The study covered the packaged units serving the spaces, the ductwork routed along the exterior of the building, the replacement of the existing controllers to a new DDC system, and the replacement of the existing steam boilers for a more efficient hot water system.
