Vineland Industrial Park

BCCLT, Inc. has partnered with Comar to create the Vineland Industrial park in Vineland, NJ. This expansion, only 20 minutes away from the current location is scheduled to be completed by March 2021.

Office, warehouse and production areas HVAC systems are incorporated into a coordinated system and utilize building energy management to maximize energy conservation.

Use of process equipment heat rejection is used for space heating of appropriate production areas. Air turnover and similar concepts are used to insure even temperature management in large spaces and reduce energy use.

Space pressure monitoring to maintain clean production areas is utilized.
