Westport Early Childhood Center Phase I HVAC Renovation

BCCLT, Inc. served as the engineer of record for the 54,000 SF renovation. The MEP includes replacing the HVAC system. New boilers, chillers, air handling units, ductwork, and pumps will be installed. The existing sprinkler system will be modified. A new electrical service will be provided along with new light fixtures and associated electrical system renovations required for the mechanical systems upgrade. A new emergency generator, intercom, security, and a fire alarm system were put in. A new domestic hot water heater, pumps and plumbing fixtures will also be installed.
